CD45.1+ P14 CD8 T cells were adoptively transferred into CD45.2+ hosts one day prior high dose (2 million ffu/mouse) infection. P14 virus-specific CD8 T cells were FACS-sorted from six different tissues (blood, spleen, lymph nodes, bone marrow, lung, and liver) three weeks intochronic LCMV infection. Library preparation was performed with 10Xgenomics (Single Cell 3' v2 chemistry) according to the manufacturer's protocol. The reference transcriptome used for mapping was 10X_Ref_Mouse_GRCm38.p5_20180305_Release_91.
