Blois Energy Dissipation Zone.
Within these danger zones, new constructions are prohibited with the exception of the following works:
provided that they do not lead to an increase in the exposed population.
Only:
— the construction of light or open buildings, whether or not annexed to existing buildings, of limited surface area
(respecting the town’s urban planning rules), intended to house domestic equipment (storage shelters)
gardens, vehicle parking, etc.);
— maintenance work and interior fittings;
— the change of destination of the buildings if it complies with the condition of no increase in the
exposed population;
— upgrading and reducing vulnerability of buildings;
— demolitions and reconstructions of buildings to bring them up to standards, with the exception of establishments
for the reception or accommodation of vulnerable populations (retirement homes, hospitals, etc.) and
polluting installations and activities;
— extension to the ground or by raised for the improvement of comfort, within the limits of the prevention plan
in force;
— reconstruction after a disaster other than flooding with reduced vulnerability of the building;
— non-strategic public facilities, if installation is not possible outside the
energy dissipation;
— the development of land for outdoor or sporting activities, their technical equipment or
