资源简介:
AimTo investigate the protective effect of YinChen WuLing San against acetaminophen-induced liver injury (AILI) based on lipidomics.MethodsForty-eight C57BL/6 mice were randomly assigned to the following groups: control, model, N-acetyl-L-cysteine (NAC), and low-, medium-, and high-dose YinChen WuLing San groups. Except for the control group, all other groups developed an AILI model via APAP(300 mg·kg-1)administration. Post-intervention, serum liver function markers [alanine aminotransferase (ALT), aspartate aminotransferase (AST)], inflammatory factors[interleukin-6(IL-6), tumor necrosis factor-α (TNF-α)], and oxidative stress levels [malondialdehyde (MDA), myeloperoxidase(MPO)]. Hepatic tissue pathology was observed via HE staining, and lipid metabolites were analyzed by LC-MS/MS.ResultsIn the model group, ALT, AST, IL-6, TNF-α, MDA, and MPO were significantly elevated (P ConclusionsYinChen WuLing San exerts a protective effect against AILI, potentially through mechanisms involving regulation of lipid metabolic networks and mitigation of inflammation and oxidative stress.
