Microscopic images used for size-based analysis

This dataset includes microscopic fluorescent images of group Streptococcus bacteria being sorted by a deterministic lateral displacement device. The images were taken from the outlets of the device for sorted bacteria and the inlet (non-sorted) bacteria. the images were taken with 20X, and 4X magnification, by a camera with 6.5 micrometer pixel size.
