This paper shows how AI powered social media strategies can be a transforma-tional tool for SMEs like UD. KABUL MIARSO. Indonesia's fragmented agri-business sector poses significant challenges in the form of lack of market visibil-ity, trust, and operational inefficiencies. UD. KABUL MIARSO aims to address these challenges through a hybrid model that combines technological innovation with cultural and contextual sensitivity. Research shows that AI is best used to improve customer engagement and logistics efficiency as a collaborative tool, not as a replacement for human centric practices by leveraging qualitative insights from AI stakeholders. Hyper localized strategies such as peer testimonials validat-ed by community influencers, AI powered TikTok campaigns that bridge digital scalability with grassroots authenticity and non-negotiable product excellence for farmers, combined with flexible services (starter packages for smallholders) further strengthen the trust component of agrarian transactions that is the cornerstone of UD. KABUL MIARSO's approach to further. UD. KABUL MIARSO is able to become a reliable distributor, amidst market saturation. Small scale distribution logistics challenges require AI solutions, demand forecasting and route optimiza-tion, enabling operational scalability to match farmers' cash flow realities, but doubts that AI will overcome Indonesia's geographical and cultural machinery highlighting the critical role that local knowledge plays. The digital adoption divide between younger farmers who embrace personalized AI incentives like WhatsApp discounts versus older demographics seeking relational interactions forces hybrid loyalty programs that combine digital convenience with tangible social incentive surfaces like redeemable farm equipment, while resistance to au-tomated pricing models is mitigated by hybrid approaches that respect the tradi-tions of negotiation. Importantly, culturally authentic AI content will only win if it is built on a winning campaign of cultural truth based on regional dialects and community storytelling that trumps generic templates, highlighting that transpar-ency and connectedness trump technical polish. These findings, therefore, put another cog in the AI wheel that drives equitable.
