Proportions of divergently expressed genes differ significantly depending on what probemask is used in the analysis.

Results are shown from pairwise comparisons between XL and H (XL versus H) and between a non-target species and a hybrid (NT versus H). All analyses compare testis tissue except the ones from [18], which compare ovary tissue. For each comparison, the number of significantly upregulated genes in XL (SUXL), significantly upregulated genes in the hybrid (SUH), and significantly upregulated genes in the non-target species (SUNT) is listed. The proportion of divergently expressed genes is equal to the total from the (NT versus H) comparison divided by the total from the (XL versus H) comparison.
