Exploring Microbiome Shifts across Taxonomic and Ecological Groups of Birds at a Key Stopover Site in Punjab, Pakistan

This project investigates gut microbiome variation across ecological types and taxonomic groups of birds sampled from a key stopover site in Punjab, Pakistan. It provides baseline data on microbiome composition, functional potential, and potential zoonotic taxa using 16S rRNA gene sequencing from birds.
