Working Women Mobility and Employability Issues in Karachi

The Objective of the Research Study is to determine the mobility issues of working women, using the public transport system, living in peripheral areas of Karachi and how the identified-issue dictates the choice for livelihood opportunities. The findings of the Research Study will be used in proposing a human-centred model (pilot projects) for ease in the communication of young working women of low and middle income groups. The Research Study also aims to formulate policy recommendations for cooperative solutions for various interest groups.
