Glioma is the most common malignant brain tumor. Intraoperative sodium fluorescein guidance aids visualization, but its efficacy and safety remain unclear. We searched PubMed, Embase, Web of Science, and Cochrane Library up to Nov 31, 2025, including cohort studies or RCTs comparing fluorescein-guided to white-light surgery.
