The purpose of this project is to address the difficulties the research community has had in reconstructing the phylogeny of Cladobranchia (Mollusca: Gastropoda: Heterobranchia). To do so, we sequenced 16 new transcriptomes from species within this clade and combined those with transcriptome data previously collected and used this to generate a phylogeny for the clade.
