We produced five patient-derived xenograft (PDX) models using surgically resected tumor specimens of five HCC patients (#1~5). The tumor cells of the fourth generation (P4) PDX were used to produce HCC organoids. RNA-seq were used to detect the expression profiling of tumor cells of five HCC organoids (#1~5).
