This dataset is sourced from the 2017 Floating Population Dynamic Monitoring Survey data conducted by the National Health and Family Planning Commission of the People's Republic of China. Subsequently, the raw data was processed using STATA statistical software to generate an Excel attribute data table. This dataset reflects the basic characteristics of China's floating population at the provincial level in 2017, including population counts and row-wise percentage distributions of gender, age structure, household registration location, ethnicity, educational attainment, household registration type, marital status and other variables across their respective classification intervals.
