碎米对米的整齐度和食味均有影响,检验碎米总量既能评定米的质量,又能检验加工工艺效果,方便企业对出厂大米等级进行划分。根据国家标准CB/T1354-2018为检验依据,对出厂大米进行碎米总量进行检验,通过检测仪器,记录试样重量W1(g),试样重量W2(g),小碎米重量W3(g),小碎米重量W4(g),大碎米重量W5(g),大碎米重量W6(g),再得以计算得出碎米总量,计算公式如下:碎米总量=(W3/W1*100+W4/W2*100)/2+(W5/W1*100+W6/W2*100)/2,结果与标准中的规定一致,碎米总量的结果若≤20,则为二级大米;碎米总量的结果若≤30,则为三级大米。

Broken rice affects both the uniformity and eating quality of milled rice. Inspecting the total broken rice content can not only assess rice quality, but also verify the effectiveness of processing technology, helping enterprises grade factory-distributed rice. Taking the Chinese National Standard GB/T 1354-2018 as the inspection basis, this dataset tests the total broken rice content of factory-distributed rice. Testing instruments are used to record the weights of test samples W1 (g), W2 (g), small broken rice W3 (g), W4 (g), large broken rice W5 (g) and W6 (g). The total broken rice content is calculated with the following formula: Total broken rice content = [(W3/W1 × 100) + (W4/W2 × 100)] / 2 + [(W5/W1 × 100) + (W6/W2 × 100)] / 2 Per the standard's provisions, if the measured total broken rice content is ≤20, the rice is classified as Grade 2 rice; if ≤30, it is classified as Grade 3 rice.
