Replication Data for: Efficiency of transplacental transfer of respiratory syncytial virus (RSV) specific antibodies among pregnant women in Kenya

This is a replication dataset for the manuscript titled: "Efficiency of transplacental transfer of respiratory syncytial virus (RSV) specific antibodies among pregnant women in Kenya." The data package presented contains a combined dataset for Kilifi and a cohort for surveillance of influenza disease in Western Kenya(Siaya) used in analysis of participants characteristics, comparison of RSV antibody distribution, and analysis of factors and predictors of transplacental transfer.
