青藏高原大型真菌标本信息及照片数据集（2022-2024）

在2019年-2024年项目执行期间，第二次青藏高原综合科学考察研究任务五专题3课题4真菌科考分队（2019QZKK050304）对青藏高原地区真菌进行了系统的野外考察和标本采集，共获得大型真菌标本8400余份，微型真菌标本5500余份。这些考察工作不仅揭示了青藏高原地区大型真菌资源的丰富多样性，还为后续的生态研究和保护工作提供了重要的基础数据。
本数据集包含自2022年6月至2024年8月在西藏自治区、四川省、云南省采集的3155份大型真菌标本信息，包括采集人、编号、物种名称、采集时间、经纬度、海拔等信息，共包含标本照片17439张。实体标本储存于中国科学院昆明植物研究所隐花植物标本馆（KUN-HKAS）。标本目前在KUN-HKAS标本馆内按时间、地区、属名排序并单独存放，便于后续研究，并且都保存了相应的分子材料或获得了分子序列，为后续标本的分类和系统学研究奠定了良好的材料基础。

During the implementation of the project from 2019 to 2024, the fungal expedition team (2019QZKK050304) of Subject 4, Theme 3, Task 5 of the Second Tibetan Plateau Scientific Expedition and Research conducted systematic field surveys and specimen collections for fungi in the Qinghai-Tibet Plateau region, obtaining over 8400 macrofungal specimens and over 5500 microfungal specimens. These surveys not only revealed the rich diversity of macrofungal resources in the Qinghai-Tibet Plateau, but also provided important basic data for subsequent ecological research and conservation efforts.
This dataset contains information of 3155 macrofungal specimens collected from June 2022 to August 2024 in the Tibet Autonomous Region, Sichuan Province and Yunnan Province, including collector, collection number, species name, collection date, latitude and longitude, altitude and other relevant information, with a total of 17439 specimen photographs. Voucher specimens are stored in the Cryptogamic Herbarium of Kunming Institute of Botany, Chinese Academy of Sciences (KUN-HKAS). Currently, the specimens are sorted and stored separately by time, region and genus name in the KUN-HKAS herbarium to facilitate follow-up research, and all corresponding molecular materials or molecular sequences have been obtained, which lays a solid material foundation for subsequent taxonomic and phylogenetic studies of the specimens.
