Selection of PubMed articles with references to Machine Learning or Algorithms

This dataset contains a partial list of biomedical articles referencing Machine Learning or algorithmics. This information has been obtained using Web Scraping techniques applied to PubMed. Each article is enriched with different variables, allowing to make a comparison between articles in biomedics. The dataset includes numerical, categorical and nominal variables.Each row of the dataset references a single article. Each attribute is a characteristic of the article, such as the title, the number of authors, if it is freely available or the publication date.Este dataset contiene un listado parcial de artículos biomédicos que incluyen referencias a \textit{machine learning} o algoritmia. Dicha información se ha obtenido mediante técnicas de Web Scraping aplicadas a la página de PubMed. Cada artículo va acompañado de distintas variables referentes a distintos parámetros que sirven para hacer una comparación entre artículos científicos en el campo de la biomedicina. El dataset contiene variables numéricas, categóricas y nominales.

Dentro del dataset cada columna hace referencia a una variable y cada fila a un artículo distinto. Cada parámetro hace referencia a una característica del artículo como, por ejemplo, el título, número de autores, si está disponible o no de forma gratuita, o la fecha de publicación.
