The Kaggle dataset is well-known and widely used for the classification of diabetic retinopathy (DR). The proposed dataset is divided into 70% for training with 2076 total images (1050 for DR and 1026 No_DR). Moreover, 30% for testing and validation with 231(113 DR and 118 No_DR) and 531 (245 DR and 286 No_DR) images respectively. This dataset contains a total number of 2838 of retinal images
