Impacts of temperature and hydraulic regime on discolouration and biofilm cell accumulation within drinking water distribution pipes
收藏资源简介:

The data
in
this
folder
pertains
to the
paper Fish et al
2022
, PLOS Water,
"Impacts of temperature and hydraulic regime on discolouration and biofilm fouling in drinking water distribution systems"
.

Please see
the
paper
for
full method
and
data analysis details,
as
well
as a detailed
description
of the
sampling point nomencluture.

The three .csv files contain the data used to plot and conduct the related statistical analyses for
Figures 3, 4 and 5 in the aforementioned paper. Files are named to correspond to these figures, header information etc is included in the "read me" file which includes a description of the data.

Water quality data (turbidity, iron and manganese) during flushing (by increasing flow rates) of drinking water pipes (Figure 3 and Figure 4).

Biofilm cell volume data is based on CLSM Z-stack images of stained drinking water biofilms (Figure 5).
