Reproducibility materials for "TOAD v1.0: A Python Framework for Detecting Abrupt Shifts and Coherent Spatial Domains in Earth-System Data"

This archive contains the computational notebooks and selected datasets used to generate the figures in the manuscript “TOAD v1.0: A Python framework for detecting abrupt shifts and coherent spatial domains in Earth system data”, submitted to Geoscientific Model Development. The materials are provided to support transparency and reproducibility of the results presented in the paper. This repository includes test data from the Antarctic Ice Sheet hysteresis simulations described in: Garbe, J., Albrecht, T., Levermann, A., Donges, J.
