Untargeted metabolomics dataset for Yeast

Untargeted LC–MS datasets were generated from both unlabeled and ^13C-labeled yeast cultures across three species: Rhodotorula toruloides (R.t.), Issatchenkia orientalis (I.o.), and Saccharomyces cerevisiae (S.c.), each with three biological replicates.
The AIF folder contains all-ion fragmentation (AIF) data acquired from unlabeled yeast samples (R.t., I.o., and S.c.) at three collision energies (0 eV, 5 eV, and 10 eV), also with three biological replicates per species.
