Species Delimitation in a Parapatric Pair of Saturnia moths

In this study, we are using genomic methods to delimit a parapatric pair of Saturnia moths namely Saturnia pavonia and Saturnia pavoniella, and find out whether they display admixture as their ranges are known to overlap in a contact zone. We are using Target enrichment to target the genomic regions of interest mainly exons and flanking introns. This method has an advantage since the targeted loci are fixed and are known to have low missing data.
