Dataset for "Comparison of Keel Bone Traits, Eggshell Production, and Physiological Parameters between a Hybrid Layer and Two Low-Performing Chicken Genotypes"

This dataset contains the measurement data underlying the results published in Comparison of keel bone traits, eggshell production, and physiological parameters between a hybrid layer and two low-performing chicken genotypes. The study investigated three different chicken genotypes (Lohmann selected Leghorn, Sumatra, and Junglefowl phenotype) for the occurence of keel bone damage and associated parameters, such as laying performance, eggshell quality, keel bone ossification, blood minerals, and reproductive hormones.
