Transcriptome sequencing of heart tissue from mice with ischemic heart disease treated with chlorella-derived natural photosynthetic system

We synthesized chlorella-derived natural photosynthetic system and validated their utility in MI treatment via intramyocardially injection. To obtain a more comprehensive understanding of the effects of chlorella-derived natural photosynthetic system on MI, we attempted to provide a panoramic view of its effect on MI by using the technique of transcriptome sequencing.
