Immune landscape of viral- and carcinogen-driven head and neck cancer

Head and neck cancer arise through either exposure to environmental carcinogens, or through malignant transformation following infection with high-risk human papillomavirus. The goal of this project was to use single-cell RNAseq to assess similarities and differences in immune populations between these two types of head and neck cancer.
