Input datasets for toolkit "electrolyzermatching"

This dataset provides eight files for the toolkit "electrolyzermatching" which filters and analyses the deployment of Power-to-X facilities accross all regions worldwide. Datesets for the respective years were collected until October for the IEA files and until the end of the year for the FENES files.
