GBS sample data

A random subset (25M reads per file) of an existing real dataset. The dataset comprises Genotyping by Sequencing (GBS) data for 34 sheep from a high and a low selection line. The GBS library was created using a PstI-MspI double-digest followed by a size selection step. The dataset comprises several trios (dam, sire, progeny).Also provided are a set of bash, R, python helper scripts to go from fastq files to allelic depth information and arrive at a genomic relationship matrix.Any data shared here is without warranty of any kind and in no event shall the authors or copyright holders be liable for any claim, damages or any liability.
