<b>Organic solvents extracts the </b><b>biocompounds from the mycelia of the Phellinus spp.</b>

This comparative study is the first highlighting in vitro the antioxidant and α-amylaseinhibitory properties of the four Phellinusspp. by useing the organic solvents; which makes the investigated species and the extracts more promising for application Phellinus spp. resources by additional more work to evaluate the bioactivtiy and structure of the compounds.The related research is the basic study, some further research also deserve to conducted in the future.<br>

本项对比研究首次采用有机溶剂法开展体外实验，探究了四种桑黄属（Phellinus）物种的抗氧化活性与α-淀粉酶（α-amylase）抑制活性。研究结果显示，所考察的桑黄属物种及其提取物具备良好的应用潜力，后续可通过更多相关工作明确其中活性化合物的生物活性与化学结构，以进一步开发利用桑黄属资源。本项研究属于基础性前期工作，未来仍有必要开展更多深入的拓展性研究。
