Canada Open Data (COD): raw JSONL archive with provenance and SHA-256 hashes

Raw JSON Lines (JSONL) source archive of Canada Open Data (COD), preserving records exactly as retrieved from Canadian open government data portals, with SHA-256 hashes for integrity and reproducibility. Files are per-portal zstandard-compressed tar archives (cod_raw_<portal>.tar.zst) for nine portals (ns, nb, fed, qc, on, sk, mb, bc, pei), plus a SHA256SUMS.txt manifest. This is the authoritative source from which the analytical Parquet and RDF representations (deposited separately, see related identifiers) are derived. Produced by the COD acquisition pipeline; see the associated Scientific Data Article. Source data is under OGL-Canada-2.0 or equivalent open licenses; released CC-BY-4.0 where source licenses permit.
