This is a MongoDB database that represents the index for a semantic search application (OWIM). The index consists of a multiset of MeSH concepts for each document. The concepts are extracted via spacy en_ner_bionlp13cg_md model and linked to MeSH via spacy entity linker. A confidence threshold of 0.7 is used during indexation process.
