Assessment of diagnosis and treatment practices of diarrhoea in children under five in Maputo-Mozambique

These data will be deposited in SPSS version 23 format, they are coded, they were collected in Portuguese and all variables were translated into English to facilitate the perception.
The data show the place of collection, the date of collection, the initial letters of the person who collected it, date of admission to the health units, place of origin of the patient, gender, age in months of the patient, signs and symptoms, laboratory tests performed, diagnosis and treatment prescribed in health units. For data interpretation, tables were built according to the study objectives.
