EMG-BIDS conversion artifact (GRABMyo, Hyser) and reproducible pipeline

Data and code artifact accompanying the survey "Standardization of Electromyography Data: Layers, Effects, and the Path to Practical Adoption: A Survey." Two widely used public EMG datasets are reorganized into the BIDS-EMG (BEP042, BIDS v1.11.0) dataset-organization standard as a proof-of-concept case study, together with the full download, conversion, and validation code. The conversion is lossless (WFDB to 24-bit BDF). This release contains a two-subject demonstration subset (sub-01, sub-02) for each dataset; the full datasets are reproducible with the included scripts from the original PhysioNet sources.
