Expression data from human HCC tissues

The expression profiles of twenty paired human liver cancer and adjacent non-tumor tissues We used microarrays to detail the changes of gene expression in human HCC and identified distinct classes of up-regulated and down-regulated genes during this process. Tumor specimens of HBV-associated HCC were collected from HCC patients who underwent curative resection for RNA extraction and hybridization on Affymetrix microarrays. We sought to obtain differential gene in liver cancer and adjacent non-tumor tissues.
