To detect the effects of physical exercise training and / or human neural progenitor cell transplantation on the infarct area environment of stroke rats, we conducted a genome-wide RNA sequencing and a gene ontology (GO) enrichment analysis of differentially expressed mRNAs in each group was performed. The storke rats were divided into four group: physical exercise group, culture medium injection group, neural progenitor transplantation group and physical exercise combine neural progenitor transplantation group. Each group has three or four replicates.
