The fast food industry is highly developed in the world, including in Indonesia. The advancement of technology encourages fast food restaurants to develop applications. This study analyzes user reviews of the Burger King Indonesia application using the Latent Dirichlet Allocation (LDA) algorithm with 1,066 reviews taken from the Google Play Store. The results of this study identified six main themes; ease of service, customer experience, brand image, varied menu choices, product quality, application. These themes can improve Burger King's business to become a superior restaurant and improve user experience in using the Burger King Indonesia application. This research can provide recommendations for fast food businesses, especially in the fast food market in Indonesia.
