Glutamatergic neurons in the zebrafish ventral spinal cord expressing zArchon1 were imaged via light sheet fluorescence microscopy. The data has been used to test the in vivo voltage imaging signal extraction pipeline, Spike-Guided Penalized Matrix Decomposition-Nonnegative Matrix Factorization (SGPMD-NMF).
