High Density Domain-Focused CRISPR Screens Reveal Novel Epigenetic Regulators of HOX/MEIS Activation in Acute Myeloid Leukemia [RNA-seq, SGF29 KO vs. NTC in MOLM13 and U937]

To investigate the transcriptomic effects upon loss of SGF29 in the AML cell lines U937 and MOLM13, we performed CRISPR knockouts, as well as transduction with non-targeting controls, and harvested samples for bulk RNA-Seq. We performed gene expression profiling analysis using data obtained from RNA-seq of SGF29 CRISPRko perturbation compared to non-targeting controls.
