Aquilegia coerulea AP3-3 amplicon sequencing

We are attempting to identifying causal mutations that cause a naturally occurring petal-to-sepal mutant of Aquilegia coerulea, A. coerulea var. daileyae. Previous work suggested the B-class floral identity gene, AP3-3, so we deep (1000x) sequenced 120 field collected plants to look for variation at AP3-3.
