FL3 is a novel small molecule inhibitor of Wnt/Beta-catenin signaling dependent on PHB1-induced Axin1 expression. The targeting of PHB1 by FL3 provides a novel mechanism to combat Wnt-driven cancers such as CRC with limited intestinal toxicity.
