This dataset explores the role of microbial inoculation (Bacillus and Trichoderma) in improving soil aggregate stability in saline soils through extracellular polymeric substance (EPS) production. It includes shotgun sequencing data on key genes (waaF/rfaF, waaP/rfaP, vpsI, etc.) and microbial communities (bacterial/fungal) linked to soil stability. Findings reveal significant increases in EPS (exopolysaccharides,protein, uronic acid) and gene abundance, offering insights into microbial-driven saline soil remediation.
