This report presents a summary of surface and bottom temperature and salinity data collected during the Northeast Fisheries Science Center’s 2011 Spring Bottom Trawl survey aboard the NOAA FSV Henry B. Bigelow. All data was obtained with Seabird Electronics SBE Model 19 profiling CTD (s/n 2879) and an SBE Model 19+ CTD (s/n 4759). Salinity samples for calibration purposes were taken throughout the cruise, unfortunately they were unusable, and no correction was applied to the salinity data. An SBE Model 43 Dissolved oxygen sensor was attached to CTD 4759 on casts 001-012 and 021-199.
