This is a dataset for cross-lingual medical knowledge transfer assessment, containing the English translations of the Polish Medical Final Examination (Lekarski Egzamin Końcowy, LEK) from 2013 to 2024. The dataset is designed to test the knowledge and competencies of individuals who have completed medical studies in Poland and wish to obtain a license to practice as a medical doctor, covering a wide range of medical disciplines such as internal medicine, surgery, pediatrics, obstetrics and gynecology, psychiatry, and other specialties. The dataset was scraped from the official website and processed into JSON format, excluding questions with images and those marked as outdated. The publishers do not own the rights to this dataset; they have processed and published it here.
