RNA sequencing-based exploration of the effects of far-red light on miRNAs involved in the shade-avoidance response of D. officinale

Shade avoidance response is one of the most important effects of 730 nm far red light on plants, and most plants show a series of unique morphological changes under this response. Studies on the molecular mechanisms of shade avoidance response in plants have now started to make some progress. However, researches on shade avoidance response under far red light in Dendrobium officinale (D.officinale) with the reference to miRNA have not been reported so far.
