数字政府大数据治理平台建设方案

本方案数字政府区级大数据资源平台项目建设的主要目标是要搭建XX区统一的大数据资源管理平台并实现基础功能架构，出台相关管理办法，支撑全区各政务部门的数据共享需求；建立大数据资源中心，完成标准化数据仓库的建设，并构建基础及融合数据库，为全区的政务处理、经济发展、社会民生、城市管理、乡村振兴等实现数据赋能

The core objective of this district-level big data resource platform project for digital government is to build a unified big data resource management platform for XX District and complete its basic functional architecture, formulate relevant management regulations to support the data sharing needs of all government departments across the district, establish a big data resource center, complete the construction of a standardized data warehouse, and build basic and integrated databases, so as to provide data empowerment for government affairs processing, economic development, social livelihood, urban management, rural revitalization and other undertakings across the district.
