The aim of the present study was to compare the goat milk bacteriome through the milking process and between two production systems. The results we found are novel and significant, not only for the contribution to the global goats milk microbi-ome description but also to this information application into practical management strategies. This approach not only ensures the quality and safety of the product but also contrib-utes to public health by preventing the transmission of pathogenic bacteria through dairy products.
