RNA-Seq of mice omenta after intraperitoneal (IP) or systemic delivery (IV) of tumor-specific T cells

We sought to investigate if and how the alternative delivery methods could differentially impact the gene expression profiles in the tumor microenvironment. Overall design: Mice were injected intraperitoneally with B16-OVA cell line which homes to the omentum. 6 days post tumor challenge, we treated mice with tumor-specific T cells electroporated with IL-12-coding mRNA either IP or IV. 18h after treatment we isolated omenta and extracted RNA to further continue with sequencing.
