SMFS of heterodimeric 4-heptad coiled coil A4*B4 (shear geometry with Cys-A4* and B4-Cys)

This library contains the atomic force microscope (AFM)-based single-molecule force spectroscopy (SMFS) raw data for the <strong>coiled coil A4*B4</strong>, measured in shear loading geometry. The dataset includes all measured force-extension curves without preselection for single rupture events (three independent experiments).
