We determined the cell types present in the mouse stomach by single-cell RNA-seq with Quartz-Seq2. Overall design: We dissociated mouse adult stomach to single-cell by enzymatic treatment. Single cell was sorted into lysis buffer in each well of a 384-well PCR plate using MoFlo Astrios EQ cell sorter. Sequence library DNA was prepared according to Quartz-Seq2 method. We analyzed the sequence library DNA using NextSeq500. Digital expression matrix was calculated with fastq files.
