Species_specific_temp_effects_on_abundance

This files contains species-level estimates of the effect of average ambient temperatures and precipitation amounts in different seasons on subsequent population abundances. The columns are (1) species names; (2) dataset/taxa - see Table 1 in the article for details; (3) The weather variable and season; (4) The regression coefficient estimate of the effect of each weather variable on the population abundance of each species, as tested in a statistical model including AR(1) errors and a continuous 'year' effect to account for long-term trends due to unrelated drivers; (5) SD -The standard deviation of the regression estimate and (6) and (7) the lower and upper 95% confidence intervals of the regression coefficient.
