Transcriptome analysis of Foc TR4 challenged Musa spp.

Transcriptome analysis was carried out in resistant (Cv Rose AA) and susceptible cultivar (Matti AA) upon Foc TR4 infection and root and corm samples were collected at different time intervals (0th-control, 2nd, 4th, 6th, 8th) post-inoculation. 40 samples were given for the transcriptome analysis at Nucleome Informatics Pvt Ltd, Hyderabad.
