MOB introduces himself, gives the origin of his family and explains that it is linked to the royal line of Bwè. He then talks about the importance of dyeing in the past, when there were three workshops in the village. He then describes all the stages of dye production and use, from the cultivation of indigo plants to the calendering of fabrics, then the way in which he acquired his knowledge from his father, and finally the conditions under which the dyeing activity declined until it completely disappeared.
